- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents currently studying in or heading to the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (US) and Canada for further education are eligible to register for the fleece jacket giveaway
SINGAPORE – Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree” or “the Group”) will distribute complimentary fleece jackets at VivoCity Singapore from 27 to 29 July, following last year’s successful inaugural “Home & Away with Mapletree” giveaway. It is one of Mapletree’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to support education, a key pillar of the Group’s CSR framework.
This year, the giveaway will be extended to Singapore students studying in the US and Canada. Mr Michael Smith, Regional Chief Executive Officer, Europe and USA, Mapletree said, “ As Mapletree continues to strengthen our presence in the US, and bolster our student accommodation portfolio, it is only natural for us to expand our outreach to students who are planning to further their studies in the US, Canada or the UK. Our primary objective to support education is in line with our CSR framework and also provides students and their families with information on our quality student accommodation options in these countries.”
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents currently studying in, or proceeding to study at a university in the UK, US or Canada for tertiary education are eligible to register and reserve the jacket online at http://www.homeandaway-mapletree.com/sg/ now. Collection will be at VivoCity Singapore, West Boulevard Level 1 (in front of the Desigual store), from 11.00am to 9.00pm. Reservation of the fleece jacket is on a first come first served basis while stocks last.
The giveaway will also be expanded to Jaya Shopping Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Festival Walk in Hong Kong SAR. The dates and locations of the other giveaways are as follows:
