Mapletree and SF Express Collaborate to Expand Logistics Network in China

SHANGHAI – Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“Mapletree”) and SF Express Co., Ltd (“SF”), are pleased to announce the official signing of a Cooperation Framework Agreement on 24 April 2018. Under the Agreement, the two companies will establish a long-term strategic partnership to collaborate in the field of logistics network.

SF, the leading express delivery service provider in the People’s Republic of China with a comprehensive range of logistics solutions for its customers, is the first domestic courier service company in China to own a cargo aircraft. It currently has a fleet of 57 aircrafts to service millions of packages daily. SF has also ventured overseas, providing courier services to 53 countries. Its network for international parcels delivery covers 225 countries/areas worldwide, and is continuously looking to further expand its global business.

As a leading real estate development, investment and capital management company headquartered in Singapore, Mapletree’s logistics business has a global footprint in the key countries. In China, it currently has logistics properties spread across more than 20 cities, and is expanding its presence to cover more areas within the country. In this strategic partnership, Mapletree will provide quality solutions, and customisation of warehouse facilities, in order to meet SF’s business requirements.
