Singapore – Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (丰树产业私人有限公司) would like to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd. (丰树商业信托管理有限公司) (“MCTM”) has lodged a preliminary prospectus for Mapletree Commercial Trust (丰树商业信托) (“MCT”) today. MCT, which is managed by MCTM, is a real estate investment trust with its initial public offering portfolio consisting of (a) VivoCity, which is Singapore’s largest mall, (b) Bank of America Merrill Lynch HarbourFront, a premium office building in the HarbourFront Precinct and (c) PSA Building, the tallest building in the Alexandra Precinct. A prospectus will be made available when an offering of units in MCT is made, and anyone wishing to acquire units will have to make an application in the manner set out in the prospectus.
