SHANGHAI, CHINA – Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree” or “the Group”) is pleased to be recognised as one of the Top 10 Best Performing Logistics Real Estate Operators in China by Guandian Organisation (观点机构), a real estate news agency based in China. The award ceremony held on 28 November 2024 was joined by the industry players including logistics park operators, investors, property managers as well as financial and capital management professionals.

Mapletree was acknowledged for its capabilities and track record in developing a pipeline of premium logistics facilities for the China market. Guandian further commended Mapletree’s commitment in integrating sustainable practices in its new logistics developments and operations in China. Since 2022, Mapletree has partnered with US Green Building Council (USGBC) on large-scale LEED Certification for its China logistics assets and obtained over 200 LEED certifications. 

To date, Mapletree has 117 logistics parks in operation spanning across 70 cities in mainland China and 17 new projects are under development. Of which, 42 properties are managed by Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) and 43 assets are under the Mapletree China Logistics Investment Private Fund (MCLIP).
