In a signal of confidence in Perimeter Park’s thriving environment, Mercalis has committed to their future there by extending their corporate headquarters’ lease at 2250 Perimeter Park Drive through to the third quarter of 2033. Mercalis has been a cornerstone tenant at Perimeter Park since 2015, occupying 78,588 square foot of space across all three floors of the three-story, Class A office building.
