Mapletree Treasury Services Limited (“MTSL”) wishes to announce that it has obtained a ruling from the Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS) that the holders of Series 001 of perpetual securities issued under the Programme may enjoy the tax concessions available for qualifying debt securities (“QDS”), subject to the conditions set out in the section “Taxation – Singapore Taxation” of the Offering Circular dated 12 June 2012 issued by MTSL.
