SINGAPORE – Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce that its Student Castle has received the Best Private Housing (United Kingdom and Ireland) Award at the 2024 Global Student Living Awards on 17 October 2024 in London, UK.

The prestigious Global Student Living Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in student housing and are based fully on direct feedback and votes by more than 100,000 students around the world.

This is the first time Student Castle has won the Best Private Housing (United Kingdom and Ireland) Award. At the same event, Student Castle was also shortlisted as a finalist for five other awards: Best Environmental Management, Best Customer Service, Best Student Broadband, Best Booking Experience and Best Individual Property (Student Castle Cambridge).

In 2023, the platform won the Global Student Living Awards’ Best Value for Money Award as well as attained the distinguished Global Student Living’s Platinum certification which demonstrated Student Castle’s commitment to operational excellence.
